1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด
ผู้ใช้บริการต้องอ่านและยอมรับข้อกำหนดการใช้งานก่อนเริ่มใช้แพลตฟอร์ม

2. การใช้งานแพลตฟอร์ม
HENGSHOP เป็นแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซสำเร็จรูปเพื่อการซื้อขายสินค้าทั่วไป
ระบบยูทิลิตี้ (Utility System) ใช้เพื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงฟีเจอร์ของแพลตฟอร์มเท่านั้น

3. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ขาย
ผู้ขายต้องรับผิดชอบต่อสินค้าที่ลงขาย ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และกรอกข้อมูลการจัดส่งอย่างครบถ้วน

4. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้
ผู้ใช้ต้องไม่กระทำการที่เป็นการละเมิดกฎหมาย เช่น ขายสินค้าผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา หรือใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

5. การปฏิเสธความรับผิด
บริษัท เฮงคอยน์ ดิจิทัล ยูทิลิตี้ จำกัด (HENGCOIN DIGITAL UTILITY CO., LTD.)
ผู้ดำเนินการ HENGSHOP และ HENGEx ไม่ใช่บริการทางการเงินหรือการลงทุน และไม่มีการรับประกันผลตอบแทนใด ๆ

6. การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด
เราอาจปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขการให้บริการ และจะแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้งานทราบผ่านแพลตฟอร์มหรืออีเมลที่ลงทะเบียนไว้

4. User Responsibilities
Users must not engage in illegal activities, such as selling prohibited products, violating intellectual property rights, or using others’ personal data without consent.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
HENGSHOP and HENGEx, operated by HENGCOIN DIGITAL UTILITY CO., LTD., are not financial or investment services and do not guarantee any returns.

6. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions and will notify users via the platform or their registered email.

No financial transactions, conversions, or investment activities are involved.

ค่าคอมมิชชั่นการขาย (20%)
ค่าธรรมเนียมการขาย: 12%
ค่าดำเนินการ: 2%
ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย: 3%
COD: 3%

การรวมค่าขนส่ง
ร้านค้าควรรวมค่าขนส่งในราคาสินค้าก่อนคำนวณค่าคอมมิชชั่น

การแจ้งเตือนการสั่งซื้อ
ระบบจะส่งอีเมลแจ้งรายละเอียดให้ร้านค้า

การจัดส่งสินค้า
ต้องให้ขนส่งสแกนหมายเลข 095-836-2855 ในนามบริษัท

การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ
ลูกค้าสามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้ก่อนยืนยันเลขจัดส่ง

> หมายเหตุ: หากไม่กรอกเลขจัดส่งแล้วสินค้าถูกตีกลับ ร้านค้าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งเอง

Reading and Acceptance: Merchants must read and fully understand these Terms & Conditions before using the platform.

Sales Commission (20%): Sales Fee 12%, Admin 2%, Withholding Tax 3%, COD 3%

Shipping Fee Inclusion: Sellers must include shipping costs before commission calculation.

Order Notifications: System will notify sellers via registered email.

Product Delivery: Delivery service must scan the number 095-836-2855 under company name.

Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel orders if shipment has not been confirmed.

Note: If tracking is not entered and product is returned, seller is responsible for return shipping costs.
